I want to dispute / report as fraud a transaction paid from a Pot

You can report a transaction as fraudulent/raise a dispute for a payment that has been made with a Virtual Card on a Pot. You can do so even if the Virtual Card has been deleted and/or the Pot has been archived.

Steps

  1. Go to the relevant Pot

  2. Click on the transaction you'd like to dispute

  3. Scroll to the end of the page to find the get help button

*If you've archived the Pot, you'll need to unarchive it before you can find the transaction this way
