Updating your email when locked out of the app
To update your email address and get access to your account, please:
Email us at help@monzo.com
In the email, include:
✉️ Your old email address
✉️ Your new email address
📱 Your phone number
📸 A photo of yourself holding up your photo ID so we can confirm it’s you
Sit tight – we'll get back to you as soon as we've updated your details.
When you log back in using your old email, we’ll ask you to enter your PIN for security reasons.
