Connecting your Monzo account to QuickBooks

Here's how to connect your Monzo Business account to QuickBooks:

  1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar of your Monzo app

  2. Tap your business account's Profile picture

  3. Scroll down and tap Connect accounting tool

  4. Tap QuickBooks and follow the steps

Your account balance in Quickbooks should match what you see in your app on the main account, so your Pots balances won’t be included.

And your transactions will include all your Monzo Business transactions, including Virtual Card on Pot transactions (note: these aren’t included in the main account balance).
