Pots not appearing in FreeAgent / Xero

Regular Pots (including Tax Pots) aren't actually a separate account, so they won't display separately in FreeAgent / Xero. This includes any transfers in and out of Regular Pots. Your accounting software should show the total balance of your account, including any money in Regular Pots and Tax Pots.

So, if you have £1,000 in your main account, £500 in a Regular Pot and £250 in a Tax Pot, your total balance is £1,750. This is the balance you'll see in FreeAgent / Xero.

Savings Pots are different because they are treated as separate from your Business account and Regular Pots, meaning you will see transfers made to or from Savings Pots in FreeAgent / Xero, but your Savings Pot balance won't be included in the balance you see in FreeAgent / Xero.
