Syncing historic transactions to FreeAgent / Xero

When you first connect to FreeAgent / Xero, you can sync your past Monzo Business transactions (up to 12 months). We will ask you if you want to sync past transactions or missing transactions, if we detect that you have any on the account.

To sync, you can go as far back as the start of your Monzo Business transaction history, 12 months ago, (or in the case of FreeAgent your FreeAgent Start Date).

So you know, if you’ve manually uploaded historical transactions to FreeAgent / Xero, we recommend that you don’t re-sync these when you connect because this might create duplicates in FreeAgent / Xero.
