Automatically export business documents to Google

Need to share bank statements or invoices with your Accountant or Bookkeeper?

With Monzo Business Pro you can auto-export documents such as bank statements to a Google drive on a monthly basis. It's completely optional, so you'll need to opt in before we start exporting your data.

How to set up auto-export for bank statements

If you choose to opt in, we'll create a folder in your Google drive and export your bank statement on the 1st of each month, in whichever format you like; PDF, CSV or QIF.

Statements go to your Google drive, where we'll set up a folder called 'Monzo Business' and you can turn it off at any time from in the app by tapping on 'Forget Google account'.

To get set up, head to the app and in your 'Home' screen swipe down, tap 'Auto-export statements' and follow the steps.

How to set up auto-export for invoices

If you choose to opt in, we'll create a folder in your Google drive and export invoices in PDF as soon as they are marked as paid.

Once you're set up you'll need to head to 'Manage access' in the Google drive to share access with a trusted person or 3rd party.
