Virtual cards for a business account with multiple team members
Virtual cards are digital-only cards that live in your Monzo app or phone wallet, and they’re a feature exclusive to Monzo Business Pro.
Each team member on the business account can have up to 5 virtual cards at any one time and can create up to 100 new virtual cards every 12 months, starting from the date you created your first virtual card.
So if you made your first virtual card on 30 March, you’d be able to create a maximum of 100 virtual cards between then and 30 March the following year. This applies to each team member on a business account.
Note that only the team member who created a virtual card can see, edit, and delete the card. This means that if you create and use a virtual card, other people on the account won’t see its details or be able to edit it, only you can.
They also won’t see that you made a transaction using a virtual card, rather than your physical card (but don’t worry, we’ll still show the little avatar in the feed to make clear it’s you who made the transaction).
