If it's been a while and your payment still hasn't arrived in the estimated timeframe, pop us a message across the in-app chat and we can help give you the information you'll need to get in touch with the team at Wise, who will be able to help track down your payment. Once you've got the information from us you can email Wise at monzo@wise.com.
