Adding, removing and managing team members

You can add, remove and manage team members on your business account in the Monzo app if you're an account admin and have Business Pro 👍

  • Tap the Home icon in the menu bar

  • Tap on your profile picture

  • Tap on Team Members

From there, you can:

  • View team members

  • Add new members (via contacts or email)

  • Remove team members (collaborators only)

In the future you'll be able to:

  • Remove all team members (including other admins)

  • View and edit members' access levels

  • Manage members' cards

  • View and edit your business account's 'mandate'

Please note that if you're adding someone to your business account and they already have a Monzo account, you'll need to make sure that both of you are findable in Monzo app settings. You check this if you head to 'Profile privacy' and toggle on 'Phone number'.

If you want to add someone who doesn't have a Monzo account, you can invite them via email.
