Withdrawing money from Savings Pots
To withdraw from a Savings Pot:
Go to the Home tab and scroll down to "Savings & Investments"
Tap on Savings
Tap on the specific Savings Pot you'd like to withdraw from
Tap "Withdraw"
Instant Access Savings Pots
You can take money out at any time and withdrawals go into your account instantly.
Easy Access Savings Pots and Flexible Cash ISA
You can withdraw money from your Easy Access or ISA Savings Pots at any time - it’ll be in your account before 5pm the next working day.
This also applies if you withdraw money on a Friday, over the weekend and the day before or on a bank holiday.
It takes a little longer to move into your account because the money’s held with the provider you signed up with.
We won’t be able to do this any sooner.
When you withdraw money from these types of Saving Pots, you’ll see an upcoming payment notification at the top of your transaction list. If you open this, it’ll show you the date and time the money will reach your account.
You need to have at least £10 in these Savings Pots to keep them open.
Fixed Term Savings Pots
You can’t add or withdraw money from this Pot.
But we may be able to request early access to your money before the term ends in certain situations. See our help article on "Withdrawing money from your Fixed Term Savings Pot"
