I've found someone's Monzo card

If you've found someone's Monzo card, please let us know so we can replace it for them.

If you're also a Monzo customer, you can contact us through the app to let us know :

  1. Tap the Help icon in the menu bar

  2. Search ‘I've found someone's Monzo card’

  3. Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article

  4. Tell us the name on the card

If you're not a Monzo customer, you can email the name on the card help@monzo.com to report the lost card instead.

Once you've reported the card as lost you can go ahead and cut the card up – making sure you snip through the magnetic stripe and chip.
