What is a Statement of Fees?

Your Statement of Fees shows how much you've paid or earned in interest, as well as any fees you've paid, on your account over the last 12 months.

You don’t need to do anything with this document, but we’re required to send these to you every year as part of our regulations as a UK bank. If you opened your account on or after 1st October 2023, you won’t receive a Statement of Fees this year.

If you opened your account before 30th September 2023, you can find your Statement of Fees in the Monzo app by following the steps below.

  1. Tap Home in the Monzo app

  2. If you see your account list, tap on the name of the account you need

  3. Tap the Manage tab to the right of your transaction feed

  4. Scroll down and tap Statement of fees under Statements
