Paying with a frozen card
When you freeze your card, we’ll block all payments that we can – so you won’t be able to use your card in most situations. That includes anything through Google or Apple Pay.
If you’ve frozen your card and see any strange activity, please get in touch with us so we can investigate.
You can unfreeze your card at any time:
Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
Tap the Unfreeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find this button, swipe down on your list of payments)
