Getting a PIN reminder

Forgotten your PIN? No worries. Tap the button below to recover it.

You can also get a reminder of your PIN by following these steps:

  • Go to the 'Home' tab of your app

  • Scroll to the the card of the affected account

  • Tap ‘Card’ and you’ll see the option ‘Reveal PIN’

  • Follow the steps (you'll need your card, your ID, and to take a selfie video)

We will never ask for your PIN, long card number or three digits from the back of your card, so please keep this a secret, even from us!

Once we've verified your identity we'll show you a reminder of your PIN.
