Unblocking your account
If you put the wrong PIN in too many times when making a transfer or changing your account settings, we’ll block it to keep your account safe.
You can recover your PIN by following these steps:
Go to the 'Home' tab of your app
Scroll to the the card of the affected account
Tap ‘Card’ and you’ll see the option ‘Reveal PIN’
Follow the steps (you'll need your card, your ID, and to take a selfie video).
We will never ask for your PIN, long card number or three digits from the back of your card, so please keep this a secret, even from us!
Once we've verified your identity we'll unblock your PIN, and show you a reminder of what it is.
