Balance looks wrong

In some cases, merchants won’t give us everything we need to show a transaction in your feed straight away, but your balance will still change. So it can look like everything doesn’t add up.

This usually fixes itself in within 24 hours when the merchant gives us what we need. If your balance still looks wrong once all your transactions are up to date, please get in touch through the app.

'Left to spend' in Summary

The amount of money you see underneath your Summary dial shows you how much you could spend (or put into a Pot) today, and still stay on track for the rest of your month.

We calculate it by looking at how much of your month's money is left compared to how much of the month's left. Then we show the difference in pounds.

If you're only spending a small amount of your available money (or none at all), this value can feel a little small. It works best when you keep your 'spending' budget in your main account, and the rest is put in Pots.

To find your Summary, tap the Home icon in the menu bar of your app, then tap the pie chart icon at the top right of the screen.
