HSBC transfer hasn’t arrived

Payments from HSBC can take longer due to the bank doing extra checks on their side.

You made your transfer before 6pm HSBC will process this by 9pm the same day.

You made your transfer between 6pm - 11.45pm

This means you’ve missed HSBC’s cut-off time to guarantee your transfer arrives the same day.

If it isn’t going to arrive on the same day, you’ll see a message in your HSBC app that says your payment won’t be sent until the next day.
