I was invited but I didn't receive my £5 yet

Once you've finished sign up and made a payment on your card you and the person who invited you should receive your bonuses 😊

If you've:

  1. Claimed your invite via join.monzo.com,

  2. finished signing up to Monzo, and

  3. made your first card payment

but haven't received your bonus please tap on the help tab in your app and search 'contacting support' to chat to us.
