Monzo or another bank called and asked me to move money to a 'safe account'

Don't do it – it's very likely that this is a scam.

We'll never call you without letting you know first, by email or our in-app chat. Other banks will never ask you to move money out of your Monzo account.

If you're not sure whether this is a legitimate call, hang up, do an online search for your bank's official customer service number, and ask if they called you.
