Reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card

If your card's lost, damaged or stolen, it's easy to order a new one 💁‍♂️ 

Replace a lost or damaged card 💳 

  1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar 

  2. Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find these buttons, swipe down on your list of payments)

  3. Tap the Replace button under your Monzo card

  4. Select the most appropriate replacement reason for your circumstances

Reporting a stolen card 💳 

If your card's been stolen, or you've seen transactions that look fraudulent, please make sure your card stays frozen until your replacement arrives.

  1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar 

  2. Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find these buttons, swipe down on your list of payments)

  3. Tap the Replace button under your Monzo card

  4. Tap I've been a victim of fraud or theft
