Eligible transactions for Monzo Flex

You can use the Monzo Flex Credit Card for pretty much anything. If you pay for a purchase using the card, you might also get Section 75 protection, just like you would with other credit cards.

There are some things you can't flex. These include:

Gambling transactions

Cash withdrawals

Over the counter or at cash points

Payments made from a Pot

Only transactions made on your current account can currently be flexed.

Faster payments and bank transfers

Top-ups, transferring money to other accounts or sending money abroad

Cryptocurrencies

Credit card payments
