Why can't I make a payment to Express Remit?

Unfortunately customers can't make payments from Monzo accounts to Express Remit at the moment.

We started blocking these payments on 23 February 2021. We hope that customers will be able to send money to Express Remit again soon.

We can't give any more explanation at the moment. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
