Reporting fraud

If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud, please take the following steps:

Freeze your card

This stops anyone from using your card while we investigate what's happened.

  1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar of your app

  2. Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find this button, swipe down on your list of payments)

Get in touch

  1. Tap the Help icon in the menu bar of your app

  2. Search ‘Reporting fraud’

  3. Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article
