If your card's lost, damaged or stolen, it's easy to order a new one šāāļøĀ
Replace a lost or damaged card š³Ā
Tap the Home icon in the menu barĀ
Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find these buttons, swipe down on your list of payments)
Tap the Replace button under your Monzo card
Select the most appropriate replacement reason for your circumstances
Reporting a stolen card š³Ā
If your card's been stolen, or you've seen transactions that look fraudulent, please make sure your card stays frozen until your replacement arrives.
