How to make a Section 75 claim on Monzo Flex
How to claim from the Flex section of the app:
Go to the Flex feed
Tap the transaction you have an issue with
Scroll to the end of the screen to find the ‘Something wrong? Get help’ button
The transaction help screen will appear, where you’ll have three choices: If you don’t recognise the transaction – Report Fraud If you haven’t received the goods or services you paid for – Dispute the Transaction If you were overcharged, or expecting a refund – Dispute the Transaction
We’ll ask that you get in touch with the retailer and wait for two weeks for their reply. If you have any questions about that, please chat with us in the app.
