Why there's a fee for cash deposits

We don't have branches, so we need to work with another company to offer cash deposits.

PayPoint charges us for every deposit customers make, so we pass on some of these costs to you. This means that we can offer cash deposits in a sustainable way.

Most other banks don’t charge for depositing cash, but there are still costs that they absorb in the process and then make up elsewhere.

We thought about doing this, but right now we want to make sure we keep cash deposits sustainable while delivering a feature that some customers really want.
