Change your Flex payment date

You can change your Monzo Flex payment date in the app. Here’s how:

Tap the home icon on the menu bar, then swipe to Flex

  • Tap Manage

  • Tap Payment Date

  • Tap Change Payment Date

  • Choose a new payment date and tap confirm


Things to keep in mind

  • You can only change your payment date every 6 months. This means you’ll need to wait 6 months after making the change, or chat with us to change it again.

  • If you have paid early for an upcoming payment, the change will take effect after the payment date that you paid early. This also includes if you have paid an individual instalment early.

  • You need to be up to date on your contractual payments in order to change your payment date.
